The Seacliff The Condominium is located in two connected areas, on an upper and a lower level. To the East, on the upper level, is the Seacliff area. Along the Seacliff are two Condominium buildings, Seacliff Buildings One & Two, which contain units in several styles. There is a total in the two buildings of 48 Seacliff Minisuites, and, on the North end of each building is a total of 6 Seacliff Apartments (one-bedroom) and 12 Seacliff Studios, both end and interior units.

The Cove The area to the West is the Cove, which contains the Condominium's deluxe units, 60 villas. They are mostly one-bedroom, all having virtually the same floor plan, but with Oceanfront Villas selling at a premium. There is also a very limited number of two-bedroom villas, which have a bedroom and bath on either side of a central living area instead of just on one side. Villas in the Cove descend in four horizontal rows from the upper level to the lower, which is almost at sea level. The names of the four rows speak for themselves: Hillcrest Villas, Hillside Villas, Valley Villas, Oceanfront Villas.
